"Whatever you do, don't feed the trolls."
I'm constantly reminded of this at work, which isn't a bad thing. I'm really talking about dealing with people on the internetz (although you should probably heed that advice offline as well). Have you ever noticed how people mainly go on the internet to complain about things? You just have to take things in stride and rise above the noise.
