Perspective
Never lose perspective.
There are these two young fish swimming along and they happen to meet an older fish swimming the other way, who nods at them and says "Morning, boys. How is the water?" And the two young fish swim on for a bit, and then eventually one of them looks over at the other and goes "What the hell is water?"

Respect
We win together; we lose apart.
All people and ideas are worthy of consideration and have merit at the outset. Treat each other with dignity. Cooperate and build bridges instead of walls and islands.
Resourceful
Re-use code, libraries, technologies, processes, etc. wherever possible. Bordering on scrappy, while also planning for the future and scalability.
Radical Candor
Practice radical candor to push forward ideas and pass along constructive feedback. Communicate and share openly and often. There is no room for shame; we can only stand to gain improving on our shortcomings and through shared experiences.
Discipline
Practice style and finesse in product development. Not process for process's sake, but follow procedures to ensure quality and attention to detail. Thoroughness to the end.
Move Fast; Make Things
Let's make things. Not everything may see the light of day, but we must move rapidly to stay relevant, competitive, and get to market. Then, iterate to prove the market.
